Below the two yellow buttons sit two lines of links: Forgot Password or Username? for anyone locked out, and Don't have an account yet? Sign Up for first-timers. The cross in the top corner closes the window and drops you back where you were.
A rejected login almost always comes down to one forgotten detail, and Fair Go gives you four ways to recover it without opening a new account.
Tap Forgot Password under the yellow buttons. A second window appears with the line asking for the email address associated with the account, plus two fields: Username and Email. Fill both, press OK to send the request, or Cancel to go back to the login. Use the email you registered with, because that is the one the window checks against.
Right beside Forgot Password, the word Username? is its own link, meant for players who remember the password but not the name they log in with. If neither link gets you anywhere, the support team can confirm the account from your registered email.
The round chat bubble sits in the bottom right corner of the site, and the team behind it is on duty around the clock. Give the agent your username or registered email and say what the window showed you; they can check whether the account is active, locked or frozen.
Fair Go does not list a phone number, but its support page has a Schedule call form where you pick a time slot and the team rings you. It suits anyone who would rather talk a lockout through than type it.
One line in Fair Go's terms is worth knowing here. Clause 18 makes you responsible for keeping your password private and bars anyone else from using your account, and clause 19 says the casino does not have to keep a record of credentials you lose, unless the problem is its own error. In practice that means the reset links and support are your route back, so keep the email on your account current.
These six snags cover nearly every failed Fair Go Casino login we could think of, and most take under a minute to clear.
Passwords are case sensitive, and a saved autofill entry from an old password will fail every time. Clear the field, switch Caps Lock off and type it fresh, using the eye icon to check.
The first field wants your username, not your email. Plenty of sites take either, so this one catches people out. Your email only comes into play in the Forgot Password window.

We opened the Log In window from the header and from the phone's bottom bar, noted the two required fields, the eye icon, the Practice Mode button and both recovery links, then followed Forgot Password as far as its Username and Email form. We also stepped through the sign-up form to see its three stages and the rule that a password must be 6 to 20 characters. To be clear about the limits: we did not log in to a real account and did not submit the reset form, so we cannot show what appears after you press OK. The sign-up form is worth a word because it decides what you type at the login later. It runs in three stages, Account, Address and Personal, and it is where you choose the username and the 6-20 character password you will log in with, so pick a name you will still remember in a year.
