Apple Pay
Deposit from A$20 with a tap and Face ID or Touch ID on your iPhone. It is a deposit-only route, so plan another way to withdraw.
Fourteen free deposit options from A$5, three ways to cash out, and the small print that decides which one suits you.
Welcome Offer A$1,000 100% x 5 deposits
Fair Go Casino takes 14 deposit methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JET Bank Transfer, eZeeWallet, Neosurf, CashtoCode and six crypto options, all free and instant, from A$5 to A$25. Withdrawals go only by Bitcoin, eZeeWallet or bank wire, A$100-A$2,500 per transfer, processed within up to 2 business days.
Your bank account works in both directions at Fair Go, but through two different services: JET Bank Transfer to pay in, and a classic bank wire to get money out.
JET Bank Transfer starts at A$20, costs nothing on the casino side and lands in your balance straight away. It suits players who would rather not type card numbers into anything and are happy to approve a payment inside their own online banking. The wire is a separate thing, used only for withdrawals, and it is the one route with a fee attached.
A quick note on names you might expect to see. PayID and BPAY are not in Fair Go's payments list, so if you normally pay bills that way, JET Bank Transfer is the closest match on offer.
Select JET Bank Transfer from the deposit list and type the amount, A$20 or more.
Press Next, then Buy. The payment is wrapped as a voucher paid by bank transfer, which is why that word appears on the screen.
Agree to the terms, press Continue and tap your bank's logo from the list shown.
Log in to your bank as usual, choose the account to pay from and enter the security code your phone receives.
Once the bank confirms, the funds appear in your Fair Go balance without a waiting period.
For withdrawals, the bank (wire) transfer accepts A$100 to A$2,500 per request and carries a flat A$50 fee. On a A$2,500 cash-out that fee is only 2% of the amount, but on a A$100 request it eats half, so the wire makes most sense for bigger sums. If you can, Bitcoin and eZeeWallet do the same job for free.
The wire also needs a little more paperwork than the other two routes. Fair Go has to know the account belongs to you, so have your bank details ready and make sure the name on the account matches the one on your casino profile. Once a bank cash-out is approved, your own bank still has to receive and post the money, so allow a little slack around weekends.

This group covers the quickest phone-friendly options and the two ways to pay without sharing any bank details at all.
Each of these Fair Go Casino payment methods is free and instant on the deposit side. Only one of them, eZeeWallet, also pays winnings back out, which is worth knowing before you choose where your first deposit comes from.
Deposit from A$20 with a tap and Face ID or Touch ID on your iPhone. It is a deposit-only route, so plan another way to withdraw.
The Android twin of Apple Pay: A$20 minimum, no fee, credited at once. Like Apple Pay, it cannot receive a payout.
Pay in from A$10 and cash out from A$100, free both ways. You load the wallet first through Deposits and Local Payment Methods on the eZeeWallet site.
Buy a prepaid voucher in a shop or online, then enter its 10-digit code in the cashier. Minimum A$10, and it unlocks a 100% bonus with code 100-NEOS.
An eVoucher bought from an authorised online dealer in A$25, A$50, A$100, A$150, A$200 or A$400 amounts. The code arrives by email or on screen.
No account to open and no bank details shared with the casino. A fixed voucher value also doubles as a simple spending limit.
Neosurf vouchers are sold in shops and online in set amounts, and the casino deposit is simply the 10-digit code plus the sum you want to use. CashtoCode works the same way online only, and it is the only method with a published ceiling: one voucher deposit cannot go over A$400. Neosurf has no stated cap, so you can top up with a larger voucher if you want to make the most of the bonus below.
Apple Pay and Google Pay win on speed: there is nothing to sign up for, and a deposit is two taps away if your card already sits in your phone. eZeeWallet takes a few minutes to set up and fund, yet it is the only member of this group that brings winnings home. If you plan to play regularly, the extra setup usually pays for itself the first time you cash out.
One small detail for eZeeWallet users: when Fair Go verifies your account, it may ask for a screenshot of your e-wallet. Stay signed in to your eZeeWallet account on your phone so you can grab one quickly.
Neosurf bonus
Deposit A$20 or more with Neosurf, enter code 100-NEOS and Fair Go matches it in full. It is a one-time offer per player, so pick the voucher size you are happy to double.
Visa and Mastercard are the default for most Aussies, and at Fair Go they cost nothing and start at A$20.
You choose the Credit & Debit Cards option, enter the amount, and get redirected to the page of a payment provider called Cardpay. Your card details go into that page rather than into Fair Go's own cashier. Behind the scenes Cardpay settles the payment using cryptocurrency, but you never see or handle any coins: the money simply appears in your balance like any other deposit.
The one firm limit is direction. A card can fund your account, yet it cannot receive a withdrawal, and the same goes for Apple Pay and Google Pay because they draw on a card too. If you deposit by card, decide early whether winnings will go to Bitcoin, eZeeWallet or your bank.
Cards are also the most common route into the welcome pack. A A$20 Visa deposit with code WELCOME gets the first 100% match, up to A$200, and the same works for the next four deposits, up to A$1,000 across all five. The 30x wagering counts both the deposit and the bonus, so a A$100 deposit with a A$100 bonus needs A$6,000 in bets before it turns into withdrawable cash.
Saw "Your deposit has been Pre-Authorised"? Fair Go says your account was not charged. Wait around ten minutes before trying again, because an instant retry rarely goes through.
Six crypto options sit in the cashier, including the cheapest way in at Fair Go: Lightning Bitcoin from just A$5.
The flow is the same for every coin. Select it in the cashier, enter the amount, copy the address the cashier gives you, then open your wallet, press Send and paste that address. Network fees charged by the blockchain itself come from your wallet, not from Fair Go.
Tether needs extra care because USDT travels on several networks and Fair Go's banking page does not say which one it accepts. Read the deposit screen carefully, copy the address and any network label the cashier displays, and send only on that network. Coins sent on the wrong chain can be very hard to recover.
Keep the welcome pack in mind when you size a crypto deposit. Code WELCOME needs at least A$20, so a A$5 Lightning or A$10 Litecoin top-up will not qualify, while a A$25 Bitcoin deposit will.
If you already hold Bitcoin, use it: it is the only coin that comes back out, and keeping one wallet for both directions makes tracking your play easier. Lightning is the friendliest choice for a quick test or a low-stakes session. Tether suits players who do not want price swings between buying and depositing, provided the network question above is sorted first.
Most refused payments come down to a handful of causes, and nearly all of them are fixed in a couple of minutes.
Each method has its own floor, from A$5 for Lightning to A$25 for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and CashtoCode, and CashtoCode also stops at A$400. On the way out, anything under A$100 or over A$2,500 per transfer is refused. Adjust the amount or split a larger cash-out into several requests.
Some Australian banks and card issuers block gambling or overseas payments, and others need international use switched on first. Check your online banking settings, confirm you have the funds, then try again or switch to Neosurf, crypto or eZeeWallet.
The name on your card, bank account or wallet should be the same as on your Fair Go account. A card belonging to a partner or a wallet in another name will cause trouble, especially once you try to withdraw.
Deposits go through without documents, but a withdrawal will not be paid until your ID and proof of address are approved. Upload them early from your account so the first cash-out is not held up.
Every deposit must be played through at least once before it can be withdrawn. With an active bonus, the 30x wagering and the A$10 maximum bet apply until you finish, so a cash-out request made too early will be turned down.
If none of these fit, note any message the cashier shows and match it in our Fair Go error guide, or ask the 24/7 live chat to look at the transaction. Trying a different method is also a perfectly good fix: there are fourteen to choose from.
Bonus rules deserve a second look before you blame the cashier. While wagering is running, Fair Go treats any bet above A$10 as a breach, and winnings from it can be voided, so a withdrawal request made after a big bet may be refused. Table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat do not count towards bonus wagering at all, which is why a balance played mostly on tables can still show wagering left to do.
Every deposit option plus the three cash-out routes, side by side. Use the buttons to show only what you need.

Figures from Fair Go Casino's banking page, checked 3 Oct 2026; the cashier you see after logging in shows the final list for your account.
Where a cell holds two values, the first is the deposit side and the second the withdrawal side, and "2 days" means within up to 2 business days. A dash in the Max column means Fair Go does not publish a deposit ceiling for that method. The bank wire row is withdrawal-only: deposits from your bank go through JET Bank Transfer instead.
Reading the table by type gives a quick shortcut. Cards and mobile wallets cluster at A$20, vouchers and the cheaper coins at A$10, and Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether sit at the top at A$25. Lightning Bitcoin is the outlier at A$5, which makes it the best choice for a first low-risk look at the games.
Every deposit is listed as free and instant. The casino's FAQ is careful to add that your own payment provider might charge a small fee, and crypto network fees always come out of your own wallet.
Plenty of players want to know whether "casino" will be printed next to their card payment. For most methods, it will not.
Spot a charge you do not recognise after a card deposit? Compare the amount and time with your Fair Go transaction history in My Account before you call the bank.
Discretion is a fair reason to pick one method over another, but think about your own records too. A voucher or a crypto deposit leaves almost no trace in your bank, which also makes it easier to lose count of what you have spent. Fair Go can set daily or monthly deposit limits if you ask support, and the history in My Account is the most reliable tally of your deposits.
None of these lose money outright, but each can cost you a bonus, a fee or a few days.
Players often assume winnings go back the way they came. At Fair Go they cannot go to a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, so open eZeeWallet or a Bitcoin wallet in advance.
A A$10 Litecoin top-up is fine for play, but the welcome pack and the Neosurf bonus both need at least A$20. Size the deposit to the offer, not just to the method.
This bites hardest with Tether. Always paste the exact address from the cashier and match the network it shows before you press Send.
Uploading ID, proof of address and a card photo after a big result adds days you could have saved. Fair Go itself recommends verifying in advance.
WELCOME, 100-NEOS and KOALAMO only work when typed at deposit time. Type the code before you confirm, then check the bonus has landed in your balance.
The A$50 wire fee on a A$100 withdrawal halves your money. For small sums, Bitcoin or eZeeWallet cost nothing.
The pattern behind most of these slips is the same: the deposit is quick, so the cash-out side gets ignored until there is money waiting. Ten minutes spent on setup the day you join, choosing a payout route, uploading documents and noting which codes you plan to use, saves far more time later. It also means a winning session ends with a withdrawal request, not a to-do list.
Fourteen methods take your money in, only three send it back. This is what each one can do on each side.

| Visa, Mastercard | From A$20 | No |

"Other crypto" covers Lightning Bitcoin (A$5), Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash (A$10), and Ethereum and Tether (A$25). The voucher row starts at A$10 for Neosurf and A$25 for CashtoCode. Every cash-out route has the same A$100 minimum and A$2,500 maximum per transfer.
Verification only matters on the right-hand column. You can deposit with any method on day one, but the cash-out side stays closed until Fair Go has approved your photo ID, a recent proof of address and, where relevant, a copy of your card or a screenshot of your e-wallet. Our Fair Go withdrawal times page covers what happens after you press withdraw, and if you cannot get into your account to upload documents, start with the login help.
If you want the simplest setup, pay in and cash out with the same method: Bitcoin or eZeeWallet. One wallet, no fees and one less document to explain during verification. Ready to try it? Open the Fair Go cashier and pick your first method.
A$5 with Lightning Bitcoin. Neosurf, eZeeWallet, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash start at A$10, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and JET Bank Transfer at A$20, and Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and CashtoCode at A$25.
No, every deposit method on the banking page is listed as free. Fair Go's FAQ adds that your own bank or payment provider might still charge a small fee of its own.
No. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit-only at Fair Go, so winnings leave by Bitcoin, eZeeWallet or bank wire. See the withdrawal times guide for how long each route takes.
Only Neosurf. Enter code 100-NEOS with a Neosurf deposit of A$20 or more and you get a 100% bonus; it can be used once per player.
Fair Go does not publish one for most methods. The exception is CashtoCode, where a single voucher deposit tops out at A$400.
No, deposits work from the moment you sign up. Verification is needed before the first withdrawal, and uploading documents early keeps that first payout moving. If a deposit is refused, the error guide lists the usual causes.
Fair Go does not publish the network on its banking page. Start the deposit in the cashier and copy the exact address and details it shows you, then send from a wallet that supports that network.
Log in and open the My Account section, which keeps your full transaction history. Trouble getting in? The login guide covers the usual fixes.
Cards and Apple Pay for speed, Neosurf for the 100% bonus, Lightning for the A$5 minimum. Set up Bitcoin or eZeeWallet early so your first win has somewhere to land.
