Fair Go processes withdrawals within up to 2 business days, so weekends and public holidays do not count. You can cash out by Bitcoin or eZeeWallet for free, or by bank wire for A$50, from A$100 to A$2,500 per request, once your account is verified and your deposit has been wagered once.
When a payout takes longer than two business days, or gets bounced back, the reason is almost always on this list.
Verification is not finished
Fair Go will not release a first withdrawal until it has approved a colour copy of your photo ID, front and back, and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. If you deposited by card it also wants the card, front and back, and e-wallet users may be asked for a screenshot. A selfie with your ID or proof of where the money came from can be requested too.
The deposit has not been played through once
Fair Go's terms ask for every deposit to be wagered at least one time before it can be withdrawn. Deposit A$200, place A$50 in bets and ask for the rest back, and the request will be refused until another A$150 has been played.
Bonus wagering is still running
With a deposit bonus active, the 30x playthrough on deposit plus bonus must be complete first. During that time the maximum bet is A$10, and bigger bets can see winnings voided, which then shrinks or cancels the payout. Free-spin winnings have their own limits: 60x wagering and a A$180 cap, and you must have deposited at least A$25 before those winnings can be withdrawn.
The amount breaks a limit
A single request must sit between A$100 and A$2,500. On top of that come weekly and monthly ceilings, and Fair Go's banking page quotes two sets of them, so a large win may need to be paid in stages over several weeks.
A weekend or public holiday is in the way
The two-day promise counts business days only. A request lodged on a Friday evening or before a long weekend simply has fewer working days in front of it, so the money moves later in calendar terms.
The good news is that four of these five are in your hands. Verify on day one, finish any bonus before you ask for cash, and keep each request within the per-transfer range. Fair Go's own banking page makes the same suggestion: upload your documents in advance and later withdrawals move faster.
If speed to cash matters more to you than extra play, consider skipping the bonus on a given deposit. Without one, the only playthrough rule is the single turnover of the deposit itself, and a busted no-bonus deposit still qualifies for Instant Cashback. With a bonus, you get more to play with but agree to 30x before any withdrawal.
Two time limits people forget
The clock also runs in the other direction. Fair Go's bonus terms expect at least one withdrawal to be started within 150 days of redeeming a coupon, and an account with no activity for 12 months loses its balance. Neither will matter to an active player, but both are good reasons not to leave a winning balance sitting for a season.
Checking where a request stands
Your transaction history in the My Account area shows every withdrawal and its current status. If a request has been pending for longer than two business days and you are sure the account is verified, the 24/7 live chat can tell you whether anything is missing, such as a clearer photo of a document or a newer utility bill.
How a Payout Lands on Your Side
Once Fair Go has processed the request, what you actually see depends on the route you chose.
Bitcoin
An incoming transaction appears in your wallet for the BTC equivalent of your request. It shows as unconfirmed for a short while until the network confirms it, after which the coins are yours to hold, sell or move.
eZeeWallet
Your eZeeWallet balance goes up by the amount you asked for, with no casino fee taken off. From there you can spend it, keep it for the next deposit or move it to your bank on eZeeWallet's terms.
Bank wire
The money arrives in your Australian account as an incoming transfer, less the A$50 fee. Fair Go does not publish the sender name that your bank will display.
While it is pending
Before processing, the request sits as pending in your account and can still be reversed. The amount stays out of your playable balance unless you choose to cancel.
For Bitcoin payouts, paste your receiving address rather than typing it, and check the first and last few characters before you confirm. A payout sent to a wrong address cannot be recalled by the casino or by you, so those ten seconds of checking are well spent.
The wallet routes are the easiest to track because the payout appears in a wallet you already check. A wire depends on your bank's own posting times, so it is the one most likely to land a day after the others even when Fair Go processed all three at once.
The four stages of a withdrawal
Requested - you choose the route and amount in the cashier, and the money leaves your playable balance.
Pending - the request waits for Fair Go's team. This is the only stage where you can still reverse it.
Processed - Fair Go has approved and sent the payment, within up to 2 business days of the request.
Received - the network, eZeeWallet or your bank delivers it. Fair Go does not publish how long this last leg takes: a wallet shows the payment once it arrives, while a wire depends on your bank.
Most questions about slow payouts are really questions about which stage a request is in. A request that is still pending after the window usually needs something from you, while one that is processed but not received is in the hands of the network or the bank. In that second case, a Bitcoin payout can be traced with the transaction details in your wallet, and a wire can be followed up with your bank, since Fair Go has already done its part.
Deposited by Card? How You Get Paid Instead
None of Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay can receive winnings, so card players always cash out through one of the other three routes.
Fair Go's banking page lists exactly three payout routes, Bitcoin, eZeeWallet and bank wire, and no card or phone wallet among them. It is not a penalty for using a card, just the way the cashier is built, and the fix is to choose your payout route before you need it.
Decide on the route
Free and simple: eZeeWallet. Free and already set up if you own crypto: Bitcoin. Straight to your bank in one step: wire, with the A$50 fee.
Open the account in your own name
The wallet or bank account should carry the same name as your Fair Go profile. That keeps the verification team from asking extra questions.
Send the card photo with your ID
Card depositors are asked for a copy of the card, front and back. Upload it together with your ID and proof of address so everything is reviewed in one go.
Make a test deposit through the new route
A small eZeeWallet or Bitcoin deposit proves the wallet works and gives you a record of it before any winnings are involved.
Doing this in the first week means your eventual win goes straight to processing instead of waiting while you open a new wallet and send fresh paperwork.
Apple Pay and Google Pay players are in exactly the same position, because both draw on a card stored in the phone. If you took the welcome pack with a card deposit, remember the 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus must be complete before any of it can be withdrawn, whichever payout route you then pick.
Your payout route is not fixed forever. You choose it each time you request a withdrawal, so you can start with a wire and switch to eZeeWallet later, as long as the new wallet is in your name and Fair Go has whatever screenshot or document it asks for.
Three payout routes, one clock: up to two business days on Fair Go's side.
eZeeWallet Payouts: Free and Quick to Set Up
For most Aussie players who do not hold crypto, eZeeWallet is the cheapest way to get winnings out of Fair Go.

A$5,000method table
An eZeeWallet withdrawal costs nothing on Fair Go's side and follows the same processing window as every other route, within up to 2 business days. Each request must be at least A$100 and no more than A$2,500, so a A$4,000 win would go out as two transfers.
The weekly figure needs a footnote. The banking page lists both: its method table gives eZeeWallet A$5,000 a week and A$10,000 a month, while the FAQ on the same page, and the terms, describe an overall limit of up to A$7,500 a week and A$30,000 a month. Fair Go adds that actual limits depend on the method, your transaction history and VIP status, and VIPs may get higher limits by talking to their VIP host.
Because eZeeWallet also takes deposits from A$10, you can use one account for both directions. That keeps your casino money in one place and gives the verification team a single screenshot to look at.
eZeeWallet or Bitcoin?
Both are free and both share the same two-business-day window, so the choice comes down to what you do with the money next. eZeeWallet keeps everything in Australian dollars and suits players who simply want the cash back in their bank. Bitcoin suits players who already hold crypto, but the A$ value of the coins can move between the moment of payout and the moment you sell, up or down.
Any charge for moving money out of eZeeWallet to your bank is set by eZeeWallet, not by Fair Go, so check its current fee page before you plan a transfer. The casino's own part, from your request to processing, stays free either way.
Getting an eZeeWallet ready for payouts
Register with eZeeWallet using the same name and email you used at Fair Go.
If you also plan to pay in with it, top it up via the Local Payment Methods menu under Deposits in eZeeWallet.
Take a screenshot of the account page showing your name, in case Fair Go asks for it.
Choose eZeeWallet in the withdrawal tab and enter an amount between A$100 and A$2,500.
Bank Wire Payouts: Fee, Limits and Clearing
The wire is the only route that drops money straight into an Australian bank account, and it is the only one with a fee.
Fee: a flat A$50 per transfer, whatever the amount.
Per request: A$100 minimum, A$2,500 maximum.
Method limits: A$2,500 a week and A$10,000 a month in the method table, the lowest weekly figure of the three routes.
Processing: within up to 2 business days on Fair Go's side.
Bank clearing: how long your bank then takes to post the money is not published, and it can add time.
Two business days is Fair Go's processing time, not a promise about when the money shows in your account. After the casino sends a wire, your bank receives and posts it on its own schedule, so expect it to trail the wallet routes. The fee also changes the maths: on A$100 you keep A$50, on A$2,500 you keep A$2,450. If a wire is your choice, fewer and larger requests make the most sense.
Before you request a wire
Have your account name and number exactly as your bank shows them, and use an account in your own name. A typo or a joint account in someone else's name is the fastest way to have a wire sent back for correction. Because the bank adds its own processing on top of Fair Go's two business days, avoid requesting a wire right before a public holiday if you need the money for a set date.
Large wins show the wire at its slowest and most expensive. With the method table's A$2,500 weekly figure for bank transfers, a A$5,000 win would take two weeks and two A$50 fees to come out by wire, while the same sum fits inside one week's eZeeWallet or Bitcoin figure for free.
Instant Cashback
25% back when a deposit does not land
Play a deposit of A$10 or more without a bonus, and if it runs down to under A$1, ask live chat for "cashback" to get 25% back (40% for VIPs). Wagering is 20x with no cap on what you can cash out.
Compare the three routes, then pick one and a request date to see the latest day Fair Go should have it processed and what reaches you after fees.

When will my payout be processed?

Counts two business days from your request and skips Saturdays and Sundays; public holidays and your own bank may add time.
The calculator gives the latest processing day, not a guaranteed arrival time. Fair Go's wording is "within up to" two business days, and the estimate assumes your account is verified and no wagering is outstanding, since either of those pauses the clock until it is sorted.
The weekly column follows the method table. Fair Go's FAQ and terms speak of an overall ceiling of up to A$7,500 a week and A$30,000 a month, and the casino notes that real limits vary with method, history and VIP level. If you are planning a cash-out above A$2,500, ask the support team which ceiling applies to you before splitting it.
Type an amount under A$100 and the calculator tells you it is below the minimum; type more than A$2,500 and it suggests splitting the request. The fee line shows A$50 only for the bank wire, and the amount you receive is what is left after that fee. For Bitcoin, the figure is the A$ value Fair Go sends, before any network fee your wallet charges to move the coins later.
Three worked examples
A$500 to Bitcoin on a Monday - no fee, processed by Wednesday at the latest, and the full A$500 in BTC lands in your wallet.
A$100 by bank wire on a Friday - processed by Tuesday, but the A$50 fee leaves A$50. Bitcoin or eZeeWallet would have paid the whole A$100.
A$4,000 to eZeeWallet on a Wednesday - over the A$2,500 transfer cap, so send A$2,500 and A$1,500 as two requests. Both fit inside the weekly figure and both are free.
What Players Say About Getting Paid
Talk to regulars about cashing out at Fair Go and the same handful of points comes up again and again.
What players like
Free crypto and wallet payouts - Bitcoin and eZeeWallet users keep the full amount, a point that comes up in almost every conversation about Fair Go payouts.
A pending request can be undone - changed your mind or picked the wrong route? Reverse it before processing and start again.
Verify once, then it is smooth - players who sent documents early find later withdrawals move without fuss.
A clear clock - knowing the limit is two business days makes it easy to plan around weekends.
Worth knowing
The A$100 minimum means small wins stay in the balance until they grow.
A$2,500 per transfer means bigger wins arrive in parts.
The first payout takes longest because verification happens then, unless you did it earlier.
Reversing a pending request is handy, but the money becomes playable again, so only do it if you mean to.
The bank wire is the one route with a fee, so most regulars keep it for larger sums.
The common thread is preparation. Players who treat the first week as setup time, documents in, payout wallet ready, bonus finished before cashing out, describe the process as uneventful, which is exactly what you want from a withdrawal. If you have not joined yet, create your Fair Go account and do the paperwork while there is no win waiting.
The other theme is choosing the right route. Players who switched from the wire to eZeeWallet or Bitcoin tend to say the main difference is keeping the A$50, not speed, since all three share the same processing window on Fair Go's side.
Players also like that help is there at any hour. When a request seems stuck, the 24/7 live chat can say which stage it is at and what, if anything, is still needed, so nobody has to guess or wait for office hours on a Monday.
Request Day vs Latest Processing Day
Because only business days count, the day you press withdraw changes the latest date Fair Go should finish processing.

Use the table as a quick guide when you are deciding whether to request now or wait. The table counts two business days after the request day and skips Saturday and Sunday, the same way the calculator above does. A request on Thursday or later in the week runs into the weekend, so Monday to Wednesday is the sweet spot if you want processing finished inside the same week.
Public holidays work like an extra weekend day. If a national or state holiday falls inside the window, add one day to the latest date, and for a bank wire leave a little more room for your bank. Requests that still need verification or have wagering left are not on this clock at all until those are cleared, so check the Fair Go payment methods page to plan your route and documents early.
Planning a weekend away? Lodge the request on Monday or Tuesday and it should be processed well before Friday.
Long weekends and holiday periods
Australia has national holidays and a different set of state ones, so the same request can finish on different days depending on where the business-day count falls. Around Christmas, New Year and Easter, when several non-working days stack up, it is worth sending any planned withdrawal a few days ahead. The calculator does not know about holidays, so add one day for each that falls inside the window.
Fair Go Withdrawal Questions
How long does a Fair Go withdrawal take?
Fair Go aims to process every withdrawal within up to 2 business days. Weekends are skipped, and public holidays, extra checks or the method you choose can stretch that a little.
What is the minimum and maximum withdrawal?
A$100 is the smallest request and A$2,500 the largest single transfer. Bigger wins are paid across several transfers within the weekly and monthly limits.
Can I cancel a withdrawal after requesting it?
Yes, while it is still pending you can reverse it and the money returns to your playable balance.
Why can I not withdraw to my Mastercard?
Fair Go does not pay winnings to cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Pick Bitcoin, eZeeWallet or a bank wire instead; our payment methods guide shows how to set each one up as a deposit too.
Does Fair Go charge withdrawal fees?
Bitcoin and eZeeWallet payouts are free. The bank wire costs a flat A$50 per transfer, and your own bank may add its own charges on top.
What documents speed up my first payout?
A colour photo ID front and back, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, plus a card photo or e-wallet screenshot if you used one. Upload them as soon as you join.
How much can I withdraw in a week?
Fair Go's banking page gives two answers: its FAQ says up to A$7,500 a week and A$30,000 a month, while the method table shows A$5,000 a week for Bitcoin and eZeeWallet and A$2,500 for bank wire. VIPs may get higher limits.
My withdrawal request shows an error. What now?
Check the amount sits between A$100 and A$2,500 and that wagering is complete, then look up the message in our error code guide. If you are locked out of the account, the login help page covers resets.
